Come experience our Short Term Rental Community within our RV Park, just minutes from all things Wichita.
We can accommodate 1 child, but have only the queen bed and regular sofa. Pack and play can be added by request.
Dogs must be under 30 Ibs and friendly.

The space:

The goal of this property was to curate a welcoming and cozy space for everyone by ensuring it is accessible to our handicapped guests.
Once inside, you will see the kitchen with its Wichita themed countertop, gas range/oven and washer/dryer. You will notice the on demand water heater allowing for extended time in the fully tiled shower. It’s wheelchair friendly and HUGE. It’s truly a two person shower. The bedroom offers a wonderful queen size memory foam mattress for excellent rest. The coffee table extends to become a workstation or table for eating.
We offer fast, free Wi-Fi.
Trains run by the area. It can be loud outside, but inside we used rock wool insulation to deaden the sound.
Up to 2 Dogs are allowed with the reservation. They must be friendly, picked up after and under 30lbs. Not disclosing a pet is a $100 fee.
There will be a $200 fee for smoking in the unit.

Guest access:

Guests will have full private use of the home and porch. Parking for 1 car is in front of the unit.
We have a dog park located along the southern border of the RV park.

Wonderful home for a weekend or a month! Fully refinished, this kid and dog friendly 2 bed, 1 full bath home is perfect for your Wichita stay.
The spacious kitchen, cozy bedrooms and private backyard will make you feel right at home.
Dogs must be <30lbs and friendly. Max 2 dogs please.

The space:

Feel right at home in the kitchen with updated appliances, spacious fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Relax with the whole family on the plush couch as you browse Roku TV. The master bedroom features a luxurious memory foam bed, separate AC unit and black out curtains to keep out the early morning sun. The second bedroom has a pull out trundle bed and provides a second bed for an additional guest or a blanket fort for the kids. In-unit washer and dryer are ready for use.
The fully fenced, private backyard has plenty of room for dogs and kids to get out their energy.

Pets:

You must inform us prior to bringing your dog(s). Pet Fee/Cleaning Fee is $50 per dog per stay. Any unauthorized dogs will result in a $100 fee. Doggie bags are available in the backyard for your convenience. No cats are permitted.
Doggie bags in the backyard area are provided for your convenience. Please pick up after your fur babies :)

Other items:

As we work diligently on keeping this home nice and ready for our guests, politely do not smoke in the home. There is a $200 smoking fee that will be accessed if we find evidence of smoking in the unit.
This updated manufactured home is located within our RV Park. There are trains along K15 but are not noticeable in the house. You will enjoy the convenience of our location, and the peaceful neighborhood. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

The home has 2 dedicated off street parking spaces.
The main door utilizes an electronic lock to make for easy access.

Enjoy this spacious 1600 sqft 3 bed 2 bath family retreat! Perfect for a relaxing vacation or a long-term Wichita accommodation. Ideal for families, the fenced backyard features a ninja playset to help the kids burn off extra energy.

The property includes 1 covered parking space, fantastic Wi-Fi and a shared storm shelter. The home is conveniently located 8 minutes from downtown and Intrust Bank Arena and only 5 minutes from Spirit Aerosystems or McConnell AFB.

The space:

Relax in this recently remodeled 3 bed 2 bath brick midcentury modern home. The fully furnished kitchen and updated appliances are great for a home cooked meal or enjoying takeout. Each bedroom includes a comfortable bed and black out curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep. Enjoy the modern bathrooms that provide ample storage.
The backyard includes a play area fashioned after “American Ninja Warrior” and is a great place for kids to exercise and burn off energy. This is a shared space.
The home is located near the railroad tracks, which gives the opportunity to occasionally view a train full of Boeing 737 fuselages. To reduce train noise for the comfort of our guests, we have replaced all windows with double pane glass and triple pane glass nearest the tracks. Be aware that train noise outside will still be quite loud. If our guests anticipate any trouble sleeping, we recommend white noise or a low TV volume at night.
Should you forget any supplies, need a drink or a gas fill up, QuikTrip is a brief walk from the home. The location of the home provides easy access to Interstate 135 and is minutes away from downtown, Oldtown, McConnell air base, Koch industries, Kansas Star and Crosswinds.
This is a no smoking, no vaping home. There will be an additional $200 cleaning fee if the home is smoked in.

Guest access:

Guests have complete access to the home, with the exception of the attached RV park office.

Other items of note:

The backyard and play structure is a shared space that while unlikely, may be utilized by people in adjacent properties.
The property includes 1 covered parking space and ample uncovered parking.
